unique fundraising approach that we are using by combining traditional and innovated
advertising and promotion methods to create a program for your Youth Sports Organization
or School that will not only raise substantial monies but will help to promote your group and
increase attendance, concession & gate sales and membership this program will also give your
sponsors great exposure which will be greatly appreciated during these tough economic times.

For over 25 years I been in the fundraising and Advertising business the last seven years I
have been the owner of MJS Promotions. As a small business owner during this recession I
like every other business owner has had to justify every expense and think out of the box in
order to stay in business. In June of this year I started youthsportspromotions.net and it has
been an instant success in not only raising money for my clients but also giving them a great
opportunity to increase awareness of there organizations and give sponsors much needed

Free Web Site

The great part of what we do is there is no expense to you we will create and maintain a Web site
for one year ( maybe renewed) at no charge we will post pictures, schedules etc;. Many groups
have started sites but find it hard to maintain and update all you need to do is send us any
information you want posted and our IT department will design and post within 48 hours. We
will also be posting advertising on the site.

Annual Yearbook

In addition each year we will publish a Yearbook or Program book which will be available in a PDF
format ( we offer full color printed copies for a nominal fee) these will be a great keepsakes for
your kids and the families. MJS Promotions will offer local Businesses and Professionals the
opportunity to advertise in the yearbook as part of the advertising program.

Placemat Advertising

A minimum of 4,000 placemats will be distributed at area restaurants. This offers great exposure
for your group as well as your advertisers. We've all been eating out and waiting for our food and
sat there reading a placemat. This also is a great opportunity to boost gate and concession sales.

Motivational T-Shirts

Each year we will provide Motivational T Shirts with an Inspirational inscription on the back as
well as sponsor logos and your logo on the front we will provide one for every player, coach and
director.
